At Salar Legacy, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy under the following terms.

• Returns and refunds are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Requests made after 15 days will not be eligible.
✅ Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
• The fabric must be unused, unstitched, and unwashed
• The item must be in original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Used, stitched, washed, or altered fabric
• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
• Products purchased on clearance or special discount (if applicable)
🔄 Return Process
1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery via our customer support channel
2. Share your order number and reason for return
3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process
💰 Refund Process
• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order type
🚚 Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images or video of the issue
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification
